Can there be an function to duplicate files from the fileview ?

Right click on a file, and an option "duplicate" is available in the context menu. The new name of the file could be filename2.extension or something like that. Or you have to name the file first. It's also placed in the workspace, in the same directory as the original file.

Let me know if its an reasonable idea.

If you want to manage your duplicate files you need this prog. It has a great amount of different functions..... Try it: Dupe Checker PRO 6.0
