Shine Enterprise Java Pattern Pluggin Options

hello every body
i got a new java pattern, it name is Shine enterprise Java pattern.
and it contains this frameworks:

• maplet framework (something like struts or better)
• Jshooter framework (with this you can distribute your application on several machines)
• Jconnection package (with this you can use JDBC and Hibernate simpler)

i want to see if there is any drag and drop wizard for this pattern ? and if not how can i make a plug-in or wizard for it ?
can any body help me pleas ?
