I have tried to contact tech support three times (via the JCreator Help menu email - I couldn't find any phone number) during the past month and have never gotten any response. I don't have a copy of the support requests - hopefully you do. Since I never heard from tech support I have given up on JCreator and am now using NetBeans. My co-workers use JCreator; we all are registered users. I would probably use it again if I could get a response about the bugs I have found and help using some of its features. Is there anyone at tech support?

I'm sorry to hear that you have such a negative experience contacting the helpdesk.
Luckily I have never needed to contact any helpdesk for any of my own computer trouble, so I do not know whether this is common practice (I presume not though).
yet I have contacted Xinox a few times for bug reporting and as far as I can remember (been a while) I got a reply within a week (inquiring for more info). The last bug I submitted even got answered within two hours, but that would be an exception I presume ;)
As MajinZ says, you can always post your questions/remarks here, the forums are meant for that, if you feel uncomfortable posting them all out in the open (or for some other reason you don't want to post them here) you can mail support: support@jcreator.com this also makes sure that you have copies of the support requests in your sent folder.
Feel free to post here though, as you might have seen in other topics, we try to help the best we can :)

We have received three emails from your address since February. The two help requests have been answered and the bug report from the third email has been solved in the latest build.
It is likely that your organisation has a spam filter installed which blocks our messages.
The emails have been sent for review to your PM box of the forum.

From my experience, I noticed something interesting with the JCreator tech support. If you try to report a bug using the feature on their website (from the link in the Help menu), for some reason they don't ever respond or it takes an unreasonably long time... but if you e-mail them directly, then they get back to you the same day, and usually have the problem fixed the next day (or two at the latest).
So, my guess would be that there might be that something is wrong with the website feature. You might try e-mailing your bug report directly to Xinox -- the support e-mail address to contact them is support@jcreator.com. When I did this, they fixed the problem the very next day.

Oh, Ok. Never mind my previous message :-)
